Multiple Teams · King’s Way Cross Country takes on the Seaside course!

Congratulations to our King’s Way Middle School Boys’ Cross Country Team!  This past Saturday 9/22/18, they braved the 3000 meter Seaside Cross Country race course with hilly terrain, damp weather, sandy hills, and challenging mud pit to turn in stellar performances and finish as a team 2nd overall among 13 teams from all of Oregon and Washington.
Leading finishers for King’s Way Middle School were Kadyn Butcher (3rd place in 11:16), Colin Trang (6th place in 11:40), Kemp Fisher (14th place in 12:34), Aidan Suchecki (27th place in 13:03), and Brayden Disbrowski (39th place in 13:52).  Teammates Degenet Pratt, Drew Ellis, Lucas Fabianek, Ryan Meitz, and Emerson Kim rounded out the team and put in gutsy performances as well on this notoriously difficult and grueling course.
High School athletes Nathan Rose, Foxx Walz, Justin Pilgrim, Jackson Moses, and Savanna Woody raced the most difficult of the three 5000 meter courses over sandy terrain, double mudpits, steep hills, and obstacles to finish with best personal times for this Seaside course.
Congrats to all, a proud accomplishment for King’s Way Cross Country!
