Our MS girls overwhelmed Woodland on their first game at S.R. Preece Memorial Stadium
Our team was down about 4 players today due to injury and vacation, leaving us with only one sub available on the bench. This made the girls a bit nervous thinking about having to play most of the game without a break. This was also our first time playing on the KW turf – a much bigger field than we have played on all season! Even though they were at a slight disadvantage, this didn’t stop them from playing a great game of soccer. Every player put in their full effort and energy to hold Woodland at one goal for the entire game.
Goals scored by Ally Smith 2, Alexis Peak 1, and Ellie Wilson 3. Hannah Brennan: 4 saves in goal.
